Van Policy
~ If you are wanting a van ride on Sunday mornings you must call the church (270-692-2761) or Bekah Franklin (859-576-0057) and leave a message by 8 am on Sunday morning to get on the van list. If we don't answer just leave a message and we will get you on the list.
~ Riders need to be ready by 9:00, van drivers will honk twice and wait a few minutes but will not come to your door to get you so be watching for them. Depending on how many are on the list it may be 9:30 before you get picked up.
~ If we attempt to pick you up three times and you fail to get on the van you will have to talk with Bekah about getting your van privileges back.
~ Children under the age of 6 are not allowed to ride the van alone or without a booster seat.
~ We do not run the van if the weather is icy, snowy or in severe storms
~ We do not run the van on Wednesday nights at this time.
~ Youth needing a ride on Sunday nights or for other events must contact Bekah at least two hours before the event.
~ All van riders must fill out a release form, these can be gotten by the van drivers, Bekah or on our website. You only need to fill this out once so if you have one on file you do not need to fill it out again.
