We believe that it is the Lord who brings each and every person through out doors. We know that it is He who has brought you here, and we want to help you get connected to the church.
When a person comes to the point in which he or she wants to join the church, they will be asked the following questions:
1) Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Savior and Lord?
We become "Children of God" (Christians) by accepting Jesus as Savior (forgiver our sins) and as Lord (leader of our lives). In order to be a Professing member of the church, a person must profess Jesus as Savior and Lord and receive Christian Baptism. To talk with our pastor about this, email him here.
2) Will you support the church with your prayers, your presence, your gifts, your service, and your witness?
This vow asks the church member to do five things:
Pray for the people in the church, the mission of the church, and God's will for the church.
Make worship attendance a priority in your life.
Use the gifts and talents and all that God has given you to support His work through the church.
Put those gifts and talents to work by serving in a ministry area in the church, and carrying out ministry outside of it.
Witness to your faith by living a godly life and inviting others to worship.
